The Skills Network offers access to a wide range of qualifications through distance learning. The courses are interactive and engaging, and will help learners develop the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

As an Usdaw member, living or working in Wales, you can access Level 2 qualifications funded directly by Usdaw’s Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF). Why not take this opportunity to improve your skills through exciting and flexible learning at a time and place that suits you.

We currently offer fully funded courses across Retail, Health and Wellbeing, Business leadership, Childcare & Education.

Not ready for a qualification then we have a wide selection of short CPD courses (average time to complete is just four hours).

Answers can be submitted online or via paper based answer booklets. Learners will also have the support of a subject specialist tutor and a learner support advisor to assist you.
